What is the date of the interviews for this position?
Interviews are scheduled to be held on 4th June and 5th June 2025.
When does the training course start?
The training course starts on 9th September 2025.
What are the working arrangements for the trainee?
The trainee will work in the service for three days a week and attend the training programme for two days a week.
How many weeks will the trainee attend university full-time?
The trainee will attend university full-time for the first 5 weeks of the training programme.
Where will the trainee be attending university?
The trainee will be attending the University of Reading in person for their training days.
Will the trainee be required to work in-person?
Yes, the trainee will be expected to work in-person from their work base one day a week.
What is expected from the trainee regarding client assessment?
The trainee is expected to assess clients for suitability for CBT and refer cases that are too complex or severe to their manager/supervisor for advice.

What accreditation should the trainee apply for after completing their training?
