As a Nursing Intern in the Observation Unit, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), complete assigned nursing orders, observe patient status and responses, document and report observations, assist with care plan development, and perform other tasks as assigned.
What are the requirements for licensure, certification, and registration for this Nursing Intern position?
The requirements for licensure, certification, and registration include obtaining BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications are accepted. Additionally, a high school diploma/GED is required, and you must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.
