Requirements

  • Seeking candidate that is currently enrolled in college, preferably a junior or higher
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Possess a high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills
  • Possess effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and internal networks
  • Demonstrated ability to review, communicate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for the role
  • Ability to work in a collaborative manner

Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing safety measures to reduce or eliminate workplace risk and exposure
  • Work with OSH associates to create, review, validate and update new or existing safety process
  • Participate in leadership review and daily report-outs with the OSH Department
  • A Basic understanding of Safety Management Systems or Regulations
  • Assist with the key project(s), other projects assigned and meet deadlines for project deliverables
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Gain valuable work experience and prepare for future career
  • Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned by the Global Sr. VP
