Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to the CEO in managing schedules, emails, and appointments.
  • Assist with tracking and reporting of important client milestones.
  • Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient use of the CEO's time.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Create client profiles for prospect meetings.
  • Assist with facilitation of ticket management on behalf of the firm.
  • Dictate and distribute important meeting notes.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Assist in various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
