Responsibilities

  • Develop an Industrial Concept into the next generation Single Aisle Manufacturing facility within the pre-existing A380 Wing facility based in Broughton, North Wales;
  • Monitor progress against set business milestones, providing updates and adjustments as needed to keep the project on track;
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our operational processes, encompassing production procedures, health and safety standards, KPIs, and overall operational activities;
  • Assist in daily team operations by engaging in and learning from a diverse range of activities;
  • Participate and lead wide range of business acumen, behavioral and mindset workshops for our people and ensuring readiness for “Go Live” for Testing in November 2025;
  • Work with a Multi-functional team to finalize and deliver the new manufacturing facility, this is inclusive of Welfare and footprinting of the area ensuring a lean philosophy of our delivery and working environment.
