Requirements

  • Currently enrolled and studying towards a Business or Technology Degree (Bachelors, Masters or PHD)
  • Others subjects such as mathematics, sciences or humanities will be considered with relevant passion and/or experience.
  • Willingness to develop Project Management/Delivery capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using key Microsoft Office 365 products such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and delivering something significant such as an event, work task or project.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and willing to learn how to use unfamiliar tools and systems.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a dynamic environment.
  • Any further experience with Projects, Collaboration Tools or Data Analysis will help your application stand out, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of initiatives, tools, reports and processes, in close collaboration with Engineering and Project teams and stakeholders.
  • Report on progress of initiatives and business as usual activities; raising any risks or issues and highlighting any dependencies or blockers.
  • With your teammates, maintain online team areas to ensure relevant and accurate data and information is available, regularly audited and easily accessible.
