  • Previous events, operations, human resources, or administrative experience.
  • Flexible work hours (ability to work early mornings and/or late nights).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate efficiently and effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Established attention to detail.
  • Willing to take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Helps execute events (firm, client, fundraising, and charity events; client fly-ins; team meetings; and office usage), including providing on-site support during events.
  • Assists the chief people officer with human resources, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
  • Provides support for scheduling, invoice tracking, and other select operations projects.
  • Assists with other operational/administrative duties as assigned.
