  • Aid colleagues in ensuring the import and export customs processes of the products traded are managed efficiently.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, maximize performance, and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with various departments internally to understand logistical and compliance-based requirements related to individual trades.
  • Communicate with local and international team members.
  • Help colleagues manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure an effective execution of physical bulk and containerized trade operations.
  • Assist with special ad-hoc projects related to logistics and supply chain management.
  • Contribute to the growth/development of the operations team and to the positive working environment.
