Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manufacturing Teams with the following tasks: Investigation of current processes, capturing process details, reviewing of Standard Production Methods (SPMs), and implementation of new methods into eDHR (Electronic Device History Records).
  • Scope, plan and execute process change requests or improvements issued internally. Requests include improvements to manufacturing efficiencies, improvements to product quality, and resolution of technical issues. All changes to be executed with the guidance of Manufacturing Team leaders and/or Engineering.
  • Review process procedures, change orders, equipment specifications, validation plans, and reports.
  • Initiate Change Orders to implement new documentation and corresponding eDHR components.
  • Assistance in creating, reviewing and maintaining department files.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
