The ideal candidate for the Operations Intern position at NYCFC in New York should have 1-2 years of events and/or operations experience, be currently enrolled in a Sports Management degree or relevant program, be able to lift 50+ pounds, demonstrate professionalism expected in professional sports teams, have excellent organization and attention to detail, be highly motivated and able to work long days and non-traditional hours, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

The Operations Intern at NYCFC will work closely with the operations department, assisting with inventory management, credential creation, training program development, and serving as a liaison to various league and club constituents. They will also be responsible for installing and removing stadium signage, setting up locker rooms, and networking with other operations departments to learn best practices.
