Responsibilities

  • Answer support requests related to the organisation management activity
  • Ensure compliance with Airbus Procedures and Organisation Design Rules
  • Implement the requests in the HR systems as soon as all prerequisites are met
  • Coordinate request with Stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring accordance with customer requirements
  • Prepare reorganisations’ as-is and to-be information, for impact analysis and implementation
  • Ensure reorganisation implementation data quality and on-time delivery
  • Support Business Transformation projects by analysing possible risks and impacts for the organisation structure in the different HR systems, ensuring project timelines are followed and customer expectations met
  • Create/update standard operating procedures
  • Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support systems’ data quality monitoring and corrections
