Requirements

  • You'll be successful if you have:
  • Strategic thinking, interpreting data & analytics, communications (interpersonal, written & presentation skills), project management, leadership.
  • Direct experience with Microsoft Excel, preferably with advanced functions such as formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc., as well as general familiarity with other Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide Count on Me service to franchisees and team members.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve, working independently or within a team, to analyze and solve project or process issues.
  • Required Qualifications/Experience:
  • Relevant major or interest in hospitality.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

  • Wyndham Community Engagement: Develop a data-driven recommendation to help improve user engagement with Wyndham Community, our online portal for franchisees.
  • wner Satisfaction: Leverage owner insights and feedback to partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a plan to improve owner satisfaction.
  • Wyndham Connect Adoption Strategy: Identify and execute strategies to help measure & improve adoption with Wyndham Connect, our new guest engagement platform.
