Responsibilities

  • How will you create impact?
  • Package Design: Work closely with the packaging design team to assist in the creation of innovative and visually appealing packaging solutions for our exciting toy lines.
  • Branding/Graphic Design: Assist in creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics and visual collateral.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to understand packaging requirements and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Conceptualization: Contribute creative ideas and concepts to design projects, while incorporating feedback from team members to refine and enhance designs.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals and layouts. 3D rendering knowledge is an asset.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
  • Research: Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and incorporate fresh ideas into design projects.
