Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of accounting and related coursework
Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work with global team/end-users
1 year experience in customer service and/or a troubleshooting environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
Good understanding of computer and software systems
SAP experience a Plus
Must be detail oriented and with good analytical skills

Responsibilities

Work with FICO team in analyzing FICO tables that need cleanup and updates. This will require usage of excel and lookup function
Inclined to learn new technology
Document business and IT processes
Utilize and maintain helpdesk ticketing system
Assists in creating technical documentation and manuals
