  • Previous trade marketing experience highly preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently in order to meet expected deadlines; strong sense of urgency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) mandatory, familiarity with Adobe Creative (or similar) a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think independently and show initiative while juggling priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and promotes company culture
  • Discretion with confidential materials

Responsibilities

  • Primary focus:
  • Support Sr. Trade Marketing Manager international to facilitate successfully executing all business plans.
  • Support HQ team to ensure that all markets are receiving what is needed and available from a global resources standpoint and provides updates, revisions and modifications to projects and teams.
  • Support Sr TMM with the monthly Status of projects.
  • Department Marketing Materials and Reporting:
  • Create and update presentations, recaps, business documents and marketing materials
  • Organize and distribute marketing assets as needed
  • Update trackers, budgets and other documentation
  • Special projects as delegated
  • Core Responsibilities:
  • Supports the coordination between internal Merchandising teams, international customer marketing managers and cross-functional partners to guide projects to completion
  • Project status updates
  • General department assistance: shipping and mailing, scheduling.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bin 4100 – keep track of inventory in Int’l virtual bin.
  • Dealer Loaders/Premiums – look & research for potential dealer loader items relevant region and quarterly promotions. Once items have been identified, work with apparel team on pricing and minimums. Once pricing and minimums have been established, we share items with team and start the ordering process if minimums are meet.

  • Although infrequent, some travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned
