Requirements

  • College degree or on the process of completion preferred
  • Major preferably in business management
  • Ability to prioritize and wok independently with minimal supervision
  • Levelheaded problem solver with a professional, service – oriented attitude
  • Superb organizational and tracking skills with great attention to detail
  • Adaptable, dependable and responsible
  • Basic understanding of Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timelines are met
  • Coordinating with team members and clients to gather project requirements and updates.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and providing input on creative concepts.
  • Supporting the production process with organizing shoots, securing locations, and coordinating equipment
  • Communicating project updates and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Providing general administrative support to the video production team as needed.
  • Developing and implementing archiving systems and procedures to ensure efficient organization and retrieval of records.
  • Assessing the value and significance of records to determine appropriate retention periods and disposal methods.
  • Cataloging and indexing records using classification systems or databases for easy retrieval.
  • Assisting researchers, historians, or other stakeholders in locating and accessing archival materials.
  • Collaborating with other departments or organizations on archival projects or exhibitions.
  • Training staff members on proper recordkeeping and archival procedures.
