Requirements

  • You will be a penultimate year student in a full-time study. You will have an expected graduation date between December 2024 to August 2025.
  • Be studying towards a Maths, Computer Science or related degree.
  • Have a passion for working with people, possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Can demonstrate both analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a clear and genuine interest in the Financial Services industry.
  • Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of Python and Cloud based technologies would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.

Responsibilities

  • Exposure shadowing Data Science and Data Engineering teams
  • Hands on work with data manipulation projects
  • Ownership of a mini data project, managing approach and execution independently
  • Communication with stakeholders whilst understanding business outcome
  • Shadowing of Project Managers in their day to day tasks
  • Tasks to create tracking templates, data flow diagrams, management packs containing charting and presentation of KPI’s
