Responsibilities

  • Performs outdoor ground maintenance such as pickup and cleaning; loading and delivering materials; mowing; weeding/edging; and using a variety of tools, hand power tools, equipment, and machinery such as lawnmowers, weed eaters, edger, forklifts, power drills, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
  • Collects trash, debris, and other waste to keep the grounds clean and safe.
  • Operates vehicles and motorized equipment in a safe manner.
  • Performs manual duties set out by supervisors.
  • Provides support to the Procurement/Logistics team.
  • Loads or unloads building materials to be used at the corporate office and on various projects.
