Requirements

  • Passionate about Payroll and Human Resources, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Eager to gain hands-on experience in Talent and Culture initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and customer service-oriented.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks with varying degrees of urgency and importance.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment and is open to learning new systems and platforms.
  • Proactive, with the humility to seek assistance and ask questions when needed.
  • Currently enrolled in a university, ideally in their junior, senior or a master's program.
  • Currently pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree, preferably in or related to Human Resources.
  • Available for a full-time internship during the Summer of 2024.
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related fields is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into various aspects of our payroll process, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
  • Collaborate with our payroll team to understand roles and responsibilities comprehensively.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
  • Collaborate in payroll-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in benefits administration, addressing inquiries and supporting related processes.
  • Work across various systems and platforms to contribute to different stages of the recruitment, payroll, and benefits processes.
