Requirements

  • Detailed oriented and thorough
  • Flexibility: ability to adapt to on-going change and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet and/or exceed expectations.
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts and reporting procedures
  • Ability to apply feedback and take initiative on given tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • PC Skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Knowledge of Python or R scripting is preferred but not required
  • Pursuing a STEM or Human Resources degree

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and refining current reporting strategy across the various data platforms
  • Participate in global reporting projects which may include engagement surveys, mid-year metrics and corporate sustainability reporting.
  • Develop and implement an automated data compare script in R or Python
  • Provide support for our people analytics platform which includes data validation, access role testing, functionality research and documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments and functions.
