  • supporto alle Business Unit e alle Funzioni nella realizzazione delle attività HR
  • gestione dei processi dell’Employee Life Cycle con operazioni sul gestionale Workday
  • talent acquisition e talent management
  • sviluppo e analisi di dati HR, con l’obiettivo di realizzare dashboard, predisporre presentazioni e fornire dei dati statistici per guidare la definizione delle strategie HR
  • scrittura di comunicazioni interne per dare evidenza dei cambi organizzativi
  • supporto nella gestione di progetti strategici di cambiamento
  • elaborazione di dati Excel e presentazioni PowerPoint
  • predisposizione di documenti HR e supporto nelle attività di relazioni sindacali
