Area of Responsibilities

People, HR & Administration

Responsibilities

  • Proactively support all aspects of the employee life cycle and employee experience including onboarding, contracts of employment, payroll and benefit administration, employee query resolution and offboarding
  • Manage monthly payroll for Ireland and a number of European and International jurisdictions
  • Maintain and update employee data accurately on internal HR Systems and databases including reporting on people metrics
  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of people policies, 
  • Provide guidance on people-related policies and procedures in line with data protection requirements and best practice
  • Support and drive a number of people-related projects 
  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties as they arise
