Area of Responsibilities
People, HR & Administration
Responsibilities
- Proactively support all aspects of the employee life cycle and employee experience including onboarding, contracts of employment, payroll and benefit administration, employee query resolution and offboarding
- Manage monthly payroll for Ireland and a number of European and International jurisdictions
- Maintain and update employee data accurately on internal HR Systems and databases including reporting on people metrics
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of people policies,
- Provide guidance on people-related policies and procedures in line with data protection requirements and best practice
- Support and drive a number of people-related projects
- General administration and other ad-hoc duties as they arise

- Detail focussed with a tenacity to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Analytical and comfortable with interpreting people metrics and data

- Friendly, empathetic, a strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
