Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of programs and resources for managers to lead their teams effectively
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience (including employee engagement and retention)
  • Conduct research regarding emerging trends in HR and analyze internal data to gather insights into best practices and help develop action plans
  • Collaborate with People team members to identify areas for improvement and drive alignment and integration of People initiatives with broader organizational goals
  • Provide support with administrative tasks, including responding to people-related inquiries, entering data into Workday, running reports, and conducting audits
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions to brainstorm ideas and solutions for continuous improvement
