Responsibilities

  • Drive the POP operations and financial activities to help understand the practice’s performance and to guide priorities and initiatives going forward including:
  • Create and interpret monthly management presentations
  • Provide support for ad hoc topic and region performance data
  • Provide support for the practice’s strategic planning
  • Contribute to global Topic, HR, marketing and affiliation activities:
  • Partner with global topic teams to execute special projects and contribute to the execution of practice area priorities
  • Oversee global affiliation, talent and expertise database
  • Support automation of tasks, identify and help execute effective new practices to drive efficiency in the business
  • Support POP knowledge team on ad hoc client project work to better understand the core of BCG’s business
