Area of Responsibilities



Paid Social

  • Execute all paid social campaigns from brief to delivery, including building, performance tracking and optimization.
  • Oversee day-to-day budget management of our campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, working with internal team to ensure deadlines are met through-out campaign delivery.
  • Own the paid social budget, working towards agreed KPIs and providing updates on how we are tracking against these KPIs.
  • Provide and implement recommendations to improve performance.

Paid Search

  • Establish an understanding of the mechanics of Paid Search.
  • Ensure that all copy/assets provided by clients are accurate in terms of copy limits, live/end dates etc.
  • Complete daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running effectively, and within budget
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns within paid search and make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.

Organic Search (SEO)

  • Use SEO tools to track generic keyword ranking positions over time, identifying opportunities and providing recommendations.
  • Create SEO content pages to help fuel growth in non-brand keyword rankings.
  • Optimize meta descriptions, title tags, category copy and other on-page ranking signals to improve organic visibility

  • Experience of working in a similar position.
  • Management of SEO campaigns with proven track record of delivering results against client objectives
  • Knowledge of Google analytics, Google Adwords and other SEO tools
  • Exposure to omnichannel campaigns with an interest in paid media channels
  • Experience working with paid search ad platforms, google shopping feed optimization.
  • Ability to manage media spend.
  • Highly analytical to make recommendations based on campaigns performances and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry.
  • Enthusiasm for digital media and keen to develop a career within performance marketing.
  • Strong reporting background - from weekly top-line reporting, to in-depth campaign analysis.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, with an effective and efficient approach to managing tasks.
