What is the role of a Pharmacy Intern in the Children and Women's department?
The Pharmacy Intern is responsible for providing operational support in the processing, production, inventory, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and related products, while also participating in clinical and administrative functions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
What are the educational requirements for this position?
A high school diploma is required, and candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy program or pre-pharmacy program.
Is prior pharmacy experience required for this internship?
Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience is preferred but not required.
What type of supervision will I receive as an intern?
