What are the main objectives of the Pharmacy Intern position?
The main objectives include providing the best patient experience by assisting pharmacists, using pharmacy systems for patient and drug information, delivering excellent customer service, and learning pharmacy policies and procedures for future practice as a pharmacist.
What responsibilities will I have in terms of customer experience?
You will engage customers by greeting them, assisting with products and services, resolving issues, sharing customer service best practices, and developing strong relationships with customers.
What operational tasks will I be expected to perform?
You will assist in pharmacy practices under pharmacist supervision, enter and process prescriptions, assist with patient care services, manage inventory activities, and ensure the Pharmacy Department is clean and organized.

What qualifications must I meet to apply for this position?
You must be enrolled in a School of Pharmacy program, be fluent in English, and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Is prior experience required for this position?
While not required, having six months of experience in a retail environment and prior work experience with Walgreens is preferred.
What is the salary range for this position?
The salary range is $16.50 per hour to $25.00 per hour, depending on factors such as geography, skills, abilities, education, and experience.
