Requirements

Applicants must be a current college student in good academic standing, enrolled in an accredited associate, bachelor's or graduate degree program in Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or other non-technical discipline or relevant two-year certificate.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
Desire to understand and logically analyze data
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Capable of analytical analysis, problem-solving, collaboration, automation, operational efficiency, and attention to detail
Intermediate/advanced quantitative skills in Microsoft Word, Excel/VBA, Tableau/Power BI, and comfort with basic coding skills needed to improve SharePoint sites.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a standard office environment.
The Agency promotes a safe and healthy work environment and provides appropriate safety and equipment training for all personnel as required.

Responsibilities

Analyzing existing processes, and tools utilized in order to find opportunities for automation and other avenues to improve efficiency
Developing and enhancing reports & dashboards that support agency decisions
Organizing, collecting, and presenting portfolio governance and quality program archives
Support ad-hoc requests on the portfolio integrity team members
Other duties related to portfolio management and quality management, as assigned
POTENTIAL PROJECTS:
Automation and streamlining of data and document management tools, including SharePoint sites
Dashboard development, including PowerBI, to aid using data to inform team and portfolio performance
