Requirements

  • To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
  • Preferred concentration of study: Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, Finance, Business Administration
  • Qualifications:
  • Microsoft office suite, Power BI, SAP CoFico, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of IT project management systems and tools

Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of the Data, Digital & Demand Board through governance process.
  • Assist with document preparation for Monthly Steering meeting.
  • Follow-up and validate outstanding task from business areas to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support the validation, recording of financial documents and processes.
  • Enhancement of compliance reporting for continues improvement of the overall process.
  • Support the role out & introduction of new Compliance tool.
  • Support the verification of supplier data against all IT contracts.
  • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
  • Creating presentations & effective standard templates for messaging from the PMO to IT
  • General assistance of Portfolio Management topics and activities.
