Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree program, or graduated in the past 12 months from an accredited institution. Candidates who have earned a degree may work for a period not to exceed 12 months. Must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative grade point average.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking skills, strong business acumen and skilled in problem solving.
  • Excellent organization skills for a high volume of electronic and hard copy files.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new tools and systems including the ability to independently learn new technologies.
  • Ability to understand detailed scientific technical writing, organize the concepts presented and prepare summaries.
  • Excellent communication skills including writing, presentations and effectively sharing analysis.
  • Detail oriented with superior proof-reading skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under limited supervision, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be a strong team player with willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using Excel for data analysis.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM or Marketing suites.

Responsibilities

  • Agreement Support:
  • Use Salesforce to gather CRADA information and documents and develop strong capabilities in Salesforce reporting and analytics
  • Become familiar with the CRADA agreement type and the requirements for CRADA Final Reports (CFR)
  • Review CRADA joint statements of work to identify work tasks across the original agreement and subsequent modifications
  • Use the information in the joint statements of work to populate the template for the CFR including addressing specific requirements such as use of intellectual property
  • Review the populated template with researchers answering questions about the CFR requirements with help from the CFR or Technology Partnership Agreement specialists as needed.
  • Manage CFRs in process and follow-up as needed to help researchers complete the CFRs in a timely manner
