Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication.
  • Basic understanding of public relations principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous internship or relevant extracurricular experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Cluster PR Coordination:
  • Support in coordinating seasonal PR briefing meetings for local PR managers and agencies
  • Regularly gather local plans and share back with global PR team when requested
  • Press release coordination and vetting –validating global press releases with merch teams
  • Collection and storing of all assets for each seasonal PR story (flat shots, look book images, price lists etc.)
  • Ensuring all assets are available on SharePoint
  • Coordinating reporting across all markets
  • Supporting in the coordination of pan cluster PR events and activations
  • Social Media and Talent Marketing:
  • Support in developing the bi-weekly publishing plans for all cluster channels and distributing to agency partners.
  • Support in creating creative briefs and social content creation with our KOLs & influencers across the cluster.
  • Helping to create native social content such as Reels and IG Stories to support events and activations across the cluster.
  • Monitoring questions and comments on our social channels (community management), aligning and working in partnership with the customer service team.
  • Reporting and tracking – ensuring that performance highlights and learnings are communicated amongst the team.
  • Support with talent marketing content creation including coordinating samples, product placement orders, PO creation as well as logistics for shoot/event preparation.
