Degree qualified with a minimum 2:1, understanding of UK FMCG/Retail sectors, analytical and highly numerate skills, permanent right to work in the UK, willing to relocate to St Albans and travel for the role, prepared to study towards CIPS accreditation.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing specific spend categories, optimizing relationships with supply partners, monitoring commodity markets, negotiating with suppliers, developing sustainable packaging, and coordinating functions to improve efficiency. They will also undergo a structured development program and contribute to the company's ESG strategy.
