Responsibilities

  • Coordinates game day operations and ensures all Sportservice, GuestPath and GreenPath policies are implemented.
  • Train, schedule, supervise, and discipline all Premium staff.
  • Complete administrative duties, including but not limited to creating and continuing client relations, communicating requests to back of house management and updating daily sales reports.
  • Maintaining cost control efforts for labor and waste management through monthly inventory and daily constraints.
  • Inspection of cleanliness and quality of equipment and facilities used.
  • Assisting the Food and Beverage managers in any other duties to ensure success of the departments and the company.
  • Setting up, executing and breaking down of daily events.
  • Gain working knowledge of computer systems including MyVenue and Micros.
  • Office Administration including client relations, confirming pre-orders, and preparing the Host List.
  • Coordinate staff for set up/execution/clean up of game day responsibilities.
  • Ordering and stocking aligning with inventory budgets and waste management.
  • Learn off-site catering functions.
  • Transportation of hot/cold food & equipment in a safe manner.
  • Set up buffets & beverage service.
  • Coordinate staff & temps for set up/execution/clean up of parties.
  • Stock essential items in storage units.
  • Cleanliness & Health Codes.
  • Gain a working knowledge of the catering banquet order program (Caterease).
  • Office Administration including Client relations, tastings with future guests, and contract processing.
  • Scheduling and set up of non-gameday catering which could include any space within our 4 million square foot facility.
  • Learn concession stand & private party functions on non-game days.
  • POS operations and Inventory Control.
  • Operating stand by oneself.
  • Assisting in catering party set up/execution.
  • Learn to operate a fast-paced stand and supervise the Club Level.
  • Ensure guest's needs are taken care of, and all concerns are resolved.
  • Communication with staff on daily specials, instructions, and directions.
  • Nightly ordering and stocking to ensure FIFO and waste management.
  • Assist in the Liquor Warehouse as needed.
  • Cleanliness & Health Codes.
  • Learn the essentials of simulator golf location.
  • Set up & execute bar services and learn the basic functions of the simulators.
  • Communicate with culinary on all food needs and manager with all beverage needs.
  • Learn the daily functions of the Restaurant that is open 7 days a week.
  • Train and work with staff on service standards.
  • Learn Micros both on the front of the house, but also programing through the backside.
  • Ordering and preparations for the fluctuating guest's needs.
  • Learn the basics of food preparation under the guidelines of Health Rules & Regulations.
  • Create & use production sheets for upcoming events.
  • Insight into product ordering and specifications.
  • Entering contact information and orders into Caterease/MyVenue/Micros/Simvent/Birchstreet.
  • Running deposit payments for upcoming events and final payments post-event.
  • Communicating with Brewers Sales Representatives for upcoming homestand events.
  • Executing non-game day events in catering locations.
  • Working in either X-Golf or the Restaurant as a manager on duty.
  • Monthly inventory of all Premium areas.
  • Rotation through the kitchen, under the guidance of the culinary.
  • Setting up for future events.
  • Weekly cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure all are in good working condition.
  • Restocking premium locations.
  • Any other duties to ensure readiness for all events and activities.
