Responsibilities

  • Drive forward discrete privacy projects and initiatives, coordinating with teams to ensure timely execution and approvals
  • Identify and communicate product opportunities to improve user data control and compliance, and gather feedback and competitive analysis to inform new privacy features
  • Collaborate with our Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across privacy-related materials
  • Work with internal teams to develop privacy FAQs, compliance documentation, and responses to client inquiries
  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating client-facing resources to clearly communicate our privacy policies and practices
  • Help manage industry certifications by coordinating with stakeholders, gathering responses, and tracking progress to ensure completion
  • Contribute to internal and external reporting efforts, including status updates for privacy-related tasks and ensuring data accuracy for regulatory tracking
