Responsibilities

  • Understand the Private Wealth Management (PWM) businesses and how Private Banking acts as a key partner within it. Specifically:
  • Types of HNW clients, the nature of their relationships with PWM and their specific needs;
  • Banking products, processes, systems and operations
  • Credit solutions of various complexities
  • Proactive client engagement
  • Wealth Management solutions
  • Key Partnerships within PWM and other TD businesses like Retail and Commercial Banking
  • Demonstrate high touch relationship management skills and offer banking services in a virtual engagement model by:
  • Completing financial transactions of low to medium complexity (deposit, credit and Banking transactions).
  • Performing client onboarding, administrative and support activities, committing to operational excellence and ensuring that service levels are being met.
  • Analysing credit requests and engaging the Credit Solutions team (when required) for underwriting complex credit in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Conducting proactive client follow-ups in a periodic fashion to ensure client expectations are being met and resolving any outstanding items.
  • Maximizing business opportunities and profitability by consistently applying Private Banking fees and pricing.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and engaging Senior Private Bankers/Private Bankers to seamlessly graduate the client to higher service models when criteria is met.
  • Engaging in Discovery & Wealth Planning activities with clients to understand their goals and objectives and identifying franchising opportunities within PWM and other TD Channels
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of PB, TDBG policies and procedures, industry trends and protecting the interests and reputation of TDBG and its clients by continuous compliance to them.
  • Representing Private Wealth Management and TDBG to the general public in a professional manner.
