  • This is a co-op position which requires three alternating rotations (e. g. 1st rotation: spring, 2nd rotation: fall, 3rd rotation: summer).
  • This position provides the opportunity to drive process optimization, enhance process efficiency and create a positive impact on current and future business results. This role offers diverse learning opportunities such as leading efficiency project activities, delivering training and offering consultancy on lean manufacturing concepts and tools. Key objectives include supporting team responsibilities and implementing a process efficiency project.


  • Preferred degree in Engineering, Production and Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.

  • Prepare and gain confidence and competence to deliver related training content.
  • Prepare and gain confident to offer subject-matter consultation.
