Responsibilities

  • Assist members of the team on day-to-day tasks as well as focus on number of specific long-term projects.
  • The candidate will be responsible for auditing and maintaining the accuracy of Procurement internal systems such as:
  • Fitch contract management tool
  • Fitch supplier onboarding portal
  • Contingent workforce system
  • Process workflows software
  • Work closely with Centers of Excellence team to develop detailed documentation (playbooks) for the above listed systems.
  • Partner with Supplier Management to identify and complete profiles of regulated suppliers.
  • Support Accounts Payable to help enhance payment related operations by auditing suppliers, developing procedure guides, conducting reviews of goods/invoice receipt accounts and identifying and completing profiles of regulated suppliers.
