Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of the Procurement & Contract Specialist to assist with various projects
  • Contract administration activities (e.g., updating contract records and tracking systems throughout the contract life cycle)
  • Assist with contract worker onboarding and offboarding at BCI
  • Prepare reports on procurement and contract activities, as requested
  • Support the Request for Proposal process, including distributing tender documents, attending meetings, compiling bidding documents, issuing amendments, and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative services including document preparation, formatting, scanning, data entry, records management, creating and updating charts/diagrams/PowerPoint presentations, and ad-hoc administrative requests
