  • The Procurement Co-op/Intern will work on the Procurement team within our Finance department. This is a great opportunity for you to learn about BCI’s procurement and contract process and apply your knowledge to support team projects and initiatives.
  • The Finance department is part of the Operations group and is responsible for investment and corporate accounting, valuation, as well as financial statements and financial reporting to our clients. The team also leads BCI’s budgeting process, tax structuring and tax compliance, finance client engagement, finance operations, and performance measurement and attribution. 
  • Working with our internal business partners, auditors and external advisors, the Finance department strives to be a trusted advisor to our internal and external clients by providing timely, accurate, and relevant financial information.
  • The Procurement team is focused on supporting a strategy around our procurement activity. Procurement also oversees vendor onboarding and corporate contract administration for BCI.

Area of Responsibilities



  • Work under the supervision of the Procurement & Contract Specialist to assist with various projects
  • Contract administration activities (e.g., updating contract records and tracking systems throughout the contract life cycle)
  • Assist with contract worker onboarding and offboarding at BCI
  • Prepare reports on procurement and contract activities, as requested
  • Support the Request for Proposal process, including distributing tender documents, attending meetings, compiling bidding documents, issuing amendments, and scheduling
  • Provide general administrative services including document preparation, formatting, scanning, data entry, records management, creating and updating charts/diagrams/PowerPoint presentations, and ad-hoc administrative requests
