Requirements

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) focused in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts, planning systems, and strategies
  • Experience with Office 365 - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Superior data, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Database skills - SQL, Dashboard development (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes and process mapping for Indirect Procurement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand current indirect procurement practices as well as any challenges they may be facing to inform the future process.
  • Support activities including collecting & analyzing data to define addressable spend, presentation material preparation, and executive read-outs.
  • Identify opportunities for business process automation. Assist in the integration of digital technologies to streamline processes, improve data and KPI accuracy, and enhance decision-making within the supply chain.
  • Propose KPIs and data visualization dashboards to effectively gain insights into Indirect Procurement Expenditure
  • Present proposal to members of executive leadership team at the conclusion of internship.
