You should be a current undergraduate or graduate student or recent graduate with Health Insurance knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, interest in healthcare, strong organization and communication skills, and a desire to learn about Medicare.

You will support product team by learning about Medicare, competitors, and benefits to ensure accuracy in member materials and regulatory compliance.

<ul><li>Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is thrilled once again to host its Summer Internship Program for clinical and non-clinical departments!The Internship Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from across the country. CCA Internships are a valuable way for students to obtain real-world experience, gain exposure to a specific field, build their network for the future, and support our members and communities. This program is a great way for CCA to attract and develop exceptional talent as we continue to grow.</li><li>The CCA Product Team is responsible for the overall Medicare plan design process, including the plan design submission to the Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS). The team also both directs and supports cross-functional teams with plan benefit information, training and related questions.</li><li>The Product Analyst Intern will learn how plans are developed and provide key support to team members and their deliverables.</li><li>The position contributes to the accuracy of benefits offered to CCA membership, both through annual submissions to regulators, and how they are communicated through Plan materials in collaboration with Marketing and other key internal stakeholders, with support and supervision from the Product leadership team.</li></ul>
