Requirements

  • Have a clear understanding of usability techniques and best practices
  • Create visually stunning UI, you can prototype, and you set yourself a high bar for craft and quality
  • Proficient in Figma and other product design tools.
  • Up to date on fintech, travel, and super app products and design trends
  • Data driven, objective, and curious about the truth
  • Curious about, and deeply care for our customers
  • Articulate, succinct, and can communicate problems and solutions clearly

Responsibilities

  • Design product experiences based on business and user needs; and use Figma to visualize those experiences
  • Use and contribute to the growth of established design system
  • Collaborate with PMs, product designers, and UXR to conduct user Interviews, research, and analysis on our customers and the market
  • Create interactive prototypes for internal stakeholders and for usability testing.
  • Conduct usability testing, analyze, and synthesize the insights to inform product design direction
  • Support the evolution of processes, methodologies, best practices, and healthy Figma habits
  • Synthesize feedback and directives provided from stakeholders and/or data from testing into creating better usability, designs, and products
