  • Education: Active rising 3rd or final year Student studying Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship or other related field
  • Work Experience: Past Internships and/or work experience in a related financial, product or software field
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Strong desire to succeed and the ability to self-motivate
  • Curiosity and a constant desire to learn (evidenced by being a being moderate to high volume reader or consumer of podcasts in fields related to business and technology)

  • Visit Relay customers or perform virtual interviews and learn to gather insights about how they use Relay and what barriers they face to more effectively integrating Relay into their operations
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to better understand new market segments and the existing solutions that Relay will have to displace
  • Meet regularly with Ops and Sales teams to gather customer feedback and other product insights
  • Learn to synthesize customer insights and connect them with our macro strategic objectives


Mission & Purpose

Software powers the workforce...except for 55 million members who aren’t given access to a communication tool or rely on a walkie-talkie. This subset of the workforce is often completely disconnected - not only from one another, but from critical information that could improve their efficiency and positively impact the bottom line of the companies that employ them. Relay leverages the PTT functionality that active workers rely on, but we’ve stripped away the range limitations, security concerns, physical bulk and the budget prohibitions associated with traditional walkie talkies. More important though is what we’ve added: Relay operates on a powerful and flexible software platform that provides new core functionalities like GPS tracking, emergency alerts and mobile/desktop compatibility - all navigated through a voice interface. The technology that fuels these capabilities enables us to continue building software integrations that will evolve with marketplace demands.
