Requirements

  • Capable of establishing action plans for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner
  • Ability to concisely summarize and share critical information with peers and business leaders
  • Must be currently enrolled in a BS/BA or Master’s in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0 throughout the duration of the internship
  • Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects
  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in New Product Development projects; including conducting market research, developing market requirements, and communicating plans with cross-functional groups such as sales, engineering, and marketing
  • Gathering and assessing product and customer requirements to help inform product strategy development and execution
  • Data collection and standard reporting execution/creation to help guide teams on which focus areas may be needed based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Updating existing market research and identifying additional opportunities for investigation to inform portfolio opportunities
  • Assisting in product risk identification and management with regular report-outs to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
