Requirements

  • Pursuing an associate's degree or are a Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree with a business administration, computer science, information technology, networking, or a related field from an accredited university. Individuals who have completed a relevant Product Management BootCamp within the last 6 months will also be considered. Individuals pursuing a master’s degree will not be considered
  • Strong business background (ex: MBA, Product Management or Marketing) desired
  • CCNA/CCNP/CCIE routing/switching/security certifications a plus
  • Experience with or passion for learning about networking, cloud, and emerging disruptive technologies
  • Strong user empathy with a deep desire to understand top customer problems
  • Easily communicate complicated concepts to non-technical folks
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude with a strong sense of product quality
  • Love solving technical problems in creative ways
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the customer and our engineering team to identify new product concepts and GTM strategies
  • Develop new MX product for service provider customers, working with sales, marketing, hardware, and software engineering teams
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis and work on product documentation
  • Create a PRD and roadmap for a new product line
