Requirements

  • Pursuing a BA, BS or MS degree 
  • Be legally allowed to work in the US (US citizen, green card, or F1 student visa holder)  
  • Be able to work 40 hours per week for 12 consecutive weeks 
  • Be onsite in Chegg’s Santa Clara office 3x/week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) /Remote M/F 
  •  Entrepreneurial spirit. A builder who can point to past projects (successes and failures).  
  • Understanding of latest web technologies. Avid tech user with an opinion on what works and what doesn’t.  
  • Data-driven with a strong analytical bend. You use data to drive your decision-making.  
  • Thoughtful and empathetic. Seeks to understand the needs of customers (and coworkers).  
  • Knowledgeable about the Product Management or UX discipline.  
  • Familiar with Generative AI technology and/or products
  • Can work independently in a fluid environment, while maintaining stewardship over your project  
  • Nice to have:  
  • Familiar with A/B testing experimentation & analysis.  
  • Experience with entrepreneurship, technology, market research, design, or related extracurricular groups  
  • Working knowledge of software development 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations of key Chegg products & funnels across different regions 
  • Work with marketing, UX, Business Operations and engineering teams to define and deliver product experiments.  
  • Support research and discovery for new product features.  
  • Create user stories and product briefs to pitch new feature ideas.  
  • Deep dive into data to analyze, summarize, and communicate insights back to product teams regarding the existing product,
