Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, in the United States, in either Business Administration or Marketing
  • Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States, without company sponsorship, now and in the future
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
  • Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI

Responsibilities

  • Support Product Management in creation of 5 Year Strategies / Business Plans
  • Support automation of data collection / reporting for Monthly Business Reviews
  • Support Product Marketing in the New Product Development Gate Process (Voice of Customer research, Product Launch Workshop, Launch Plan development)
  • ESR Process improvement / execution (new catalog numbers): Apparatus, Cable Tray
  • Product Life Cycle analysis / SKU (Stock Keeping Unit​) reduction
  • Packaging analysis (min/mult for Carlon, Red Dot; strut bundles)
  • Mentoring and networking opportunities
  • Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions
