  • This position is required to be on-site at our Charlotte, North Carolina location. 

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in business administration or marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Product Management Team
  • Collecting and analyzing competitor data
  • Collecting and maintaining up-to-date market research and reporting to the product management team with any key findings
  • Organzing, mapping, and analyzing customer needs
  • Analyzing trends within customer behaviors.
  • Complete a benchmarking study analyzing top suppliers, customer preferences, technologies, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.
