Requirements

  • Required:
  • Education: Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Local to Denver or Detroit and able to come to the office 3 days a week.
  • Preferred:
  • Work experience: 0-1 Years.
  • Considering a career in the business side of software and technology
  • Ability to identify different challenges and think creatively to work towards a solution
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Familiarity with different cloud technologies and Software as a Service (SaaS)
  • Passionate about learning new solutions and technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability aMinimum:
  • Currently enrolled in a full time 4 year degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. 
  • Local to Denver, CO and able to come to the office 3 days a week.
  • Preferred:  
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a software or technology related role.     
  • Considering a career in Technology, Software Consulting, Cloud Observability  
  • Exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical audiences.    
  • Must have exceptional English written and verbal communications skills.    
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment. 
  • Familiar with one or more of the following technologies:  
  • Server/Server-side technologies such as Java Servlets, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax
  • Networking, protocols, and architectures such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and BGP.
  • Web and application server technologies such as Apache, IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic and JBoss    
  • Database design, SQL, and data access practices and concepts.   
  • Cloud/new stack technologies such as OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, SAP, etc.      
  • Additional Informationto work individually and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform proactive health checks of customer environments to ensure usage, adoption, and growth of Dynatrace 
  • Provide recommendations to our customers about product enhancements and how they can get the most value from them 
  • Assist in migrating data to new platforms 
  • Support Dynatrace One and ACE Services team with projects and daily tasks, as needed 
  • The Product Specialist Intern will partner with Product Specialists, Software Consultants, Customer Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Software/Cloud Observability field.
