  • Our team will train you to perform Yield analysis and use industry standard tools to support yield debug and failure analysis
  • Your involvement will be in Product debug and characterization to determine product performance, process, and test sensitivities
  • We will encourage you to build scripts or tools to improve efficiency
  • You will be assigned tasks like Test planning, building test cases, pattern debug, characterization, data analysis, and silicon debug of scan/ATPG, memory BIST & High Speed I/O tests
  • We will help you learn and apply failure mechanisms, and debug processes
