Requirements

  • Rising senior or recent college graduate
  • 1+ years of production related experience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including late and/or last-minute scheduling changes
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Self-motivated, focused, and goal-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Adaptable to ongoing and unexpected change; ability to pivot when required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for production
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Intake and organize prop and set-dec inventory.
  • Coordinate production prep & strike including drop-offs/pickups, setting up, catering, craft services, etc with the Production Assistant.
  • Assist Production Assistant prep & strike in-house productions.
  • Assist in coordinating on-site logistics for productions including travel, catering arrangements, access, credentials, and shipping.
  • Assist in coordinating travel for crew members.
  • Assist in generating & distributing production memos and call sheets.
  • Work closely with the Studio Operations Manager & Production Manager on production planning, vendors and equipment selection, and upgrades.
  • Assist in facilitating best practices and SOPs for production operations.
